Description
The Work consists generally of the following: Up to three (3) Job Order Contracts will be awarded. Each of the three (3) Job Order Contracts (JOC) JOC-22, JOC-23, and JOC-24 under this solicitation is an indefinite quantity, one (1) year contract pursuant to which the Contractor will perform a variety of projects, consisting of specific construction tasks, at different locations throughout Placer County. The scope of each JOC Contract is for general construction, repair, remodel, renovations and other repetitive related work to be performed for the Placer County Department of Facilities Management. Each Maximum Contract Value is $1,000,000.
