Snow Plowing - Sectors 1,2,3, and 4, Rochester, NY

The Greece Central School District desires a cost-effective unit price contract with a highly reliable and experienced snow removal contractor for snowplowing and/or snow removal, as needed, throughout the 2021-2022 winter season. Pricing shall be based on the Unit price per trip Sector Total. The District shall be billed on a monthly basis for services completed. Greece CSD guarantees an 8 trip minimum per season. If the guaranteed contract minimum trips are not met, the balance will be paid at the end of the season. The contract will be a 1-year contract with the option of renewing the contract two (2) additional one (1) year period at the mutual consent of both parties. The District includes ten (10) facility sites with a network of roads, bus loops, sidewalks, and parking areas, divided into four (4) sectors. When submitting your quotes you will be quoting each specific sector. Deadline for questions is September 8, 2021 by 2:00pm.
