The Project consists of constructing a multiuse park on an approximate 1.1-acre parcel located near the intersection of Hunnicutt Place and Granger Drive. The park will consist of a parking area, concrete walking trail, a grassed lawn, an entry trellis/features, a general use pavilion, two playground areas for various age groups, a Tricycle track, an underground stormwater detention area, various other site appurtenances, and landscaping. Bond required.
