Description
Colleton County, South Carolina (the "County") is seeking qualified, licensed firms or contractors to provide architectural/engineering, and construction services for the Colleton County Food Assistance Facility located at 442 E. Washington Street, Walterboro, SC, 29488. These services may include, but are not limited to, design/engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting, and new construction. The construction area consists of an approximate 3,900 Square Feet facility and shall include parking and loading/unloading space, new restrooms, walk-in coolers and freezers, food packaging areas, dishwashing room, exterior side canopy, and dumpster enclosure. New site work to include curb and gutter, DOT encroachment improvements, underground electrical service, natural gas service, underground network service, and any needed new water and wastewater connections. The site location may require a SCDOT encroachment, which will be incorporated into the design and construction of the project. Insurance Required.
