Description
Work includes, but not necessarily limited to, the construction of a restroom facility per the project plans and specifications. The restroom building shall have approximate outside dimensions of 8 feet by 16 feet; 128 square feet, with two restrooms of approximately 64 square feet each. The City will extend power, water and sewer to within 5 feet of the building. The contactor shall complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner. Deadline for questions is August 23, 2021 by 5:00pm.
