Description

The County of San Benito, Elections / Office of Registered Voters, located downtown Hollister, CA seeks responses to the Request for Qualifications and an electronic security door system meeting the following scope of work qualifications: Elections Access Control Requirements 1. Installation of an Access Control System without disturbing areas with asbestos, to include dropped ceiling tiles. 2. Walk-thru visits by potential bidders will be accommodated. (Most already have visited, BUT a minor change has been added and we will accommodate if another visit is desired.) 3. Install 9 cameras. First 8 locations are shown on floor plan. 9th is to be installed in 1st floor courtroom (room 101) a. Cloud storage for 14 days minimum b. Viewable by anyone with credentialed access, from PC and/or smart phone c. Ability to download footage for local storage. 4. Install access control on 21 doors. 20 are shown on the floor plan. 21st is the double door leading into the 1st floor courtroom (room 101). Access control must offer: a. Access via keycard, fob, tags, and / or wristband i. Entry via mobile phone is acceptable but cannot be the only access credential. b. Log who and when doors were accessed. i. Searchable and printable from single source c. Single source programming of all doors / cards. Must be able to grant access to an individual to select doors from one location. i. Must be able to easily disable all access to an individual. ii. Ability to grant access only during specified times or days.
