General contract work; testing; start-up and commissioning, and project coordination with other prime Contractors. a. Selective Demolition. b. Construction of building improvements. c. Foundations, concrete slabs, and associated testing, protection, etc. d. Interior improvement, including but not limited to, masonry, drywall partitions, flooring, ceilings, doors, paint/stain, and equipment, etc. e. Clean-up of building site. f. Contingency/Discretionary Allowance has been included in the bid proposal to be utilized as directed by the Architect for unscheduled work items not included on the proposal forms or other changes in the work. Any portion of the allowance not utilized shall be credited to the Owner. D. Mechanical Work Summary 1. Work includes plumbing equipment, accessories and piping systems. Work includes but is not limited to, the following: a. General requirements work as specified in Division 1 including submittals; temporary construction facilities for work; excavation, backfill, testing; start-up and commissioning; and project coordination. b. Mechanical work including demolition, cutting, and patching of existing structures. c. HVAC Completion date Mar 31, 2022. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply.
