Scope of work: Work to include site grading, pouring of a 16 ft. x 30 ft. concrete pad and footings, and new construction of a wood pavilion with a metal roof. Contractor is responsible for all materials, equipment and labor involved to complete the project. Contractor is responsible for erosion control at the construction site. Bonds required.
