Description
The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking bids from qualified demolition contractors to assist the NHA in the demolition of the development known as Seth Boyden Terrace Homes (Seth Boyden) located at 124 Seth Boyden Terrace, Newark, New Jersey. The apartments are a combination of townhouses and flats and range in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The buildings are of masonry construction with wood floor and roof structure. There is also one-story community building located on the site. The entire site occupies approximately 14 acres. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment needed to complete the contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE participation.
