The work to be performed shall consist of providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary:
Construction of new 40,100 SF Arena and Concession building. Construction of new fire pond and pump house
Associated site work and exterior improvements. Work includes CSI divisions, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 10, 11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 21, 32, & 33. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
