Work of this Contract comprises general construction including concrete repairs, traffic membrane placement, and traffic striping at Parking Structure Lot 3, 310-398 12th St., Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
