ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for construction of 72,540 SF at Academy #107, 1585 Scenic Highway, Snellville, GA 30078 for the following trades: Final Clean (Bathrooms & High Dusting Only), Demolition of Golf Room, Carpentry, Fixturing, Doors & Hardware, Replace ADA Mirror, Drywall, Carpet Flooring, VCT, Interior Painting, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler & Fire Alarm. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project.
