Description
Weekly collection of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW – household garbage) from a 96-gallon Roll Cart which is owned by the County, placed at curbside, and transportation to a specified, suitable landfill for disposal; Bi-Weekly collection of Recyclables from a 96-gallon Roll Cart which is owned by the County, placed at curbside, and transportation to a specified Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) for processing; Weekly collection of Yard waste from piles placed at curbside, and transportation to a specified, suitable landfill for disposal; By-appointment collection of Bulk Items and White Goods and transportation to a specified, suitable landfill for disposal or recycling; Visual inspecting solid waste placed at curbside and placing written notices on non-compliant piles or Roll Carts; Communicating service problems on assigned routes to County Staff for resolution. Prompt response to reports of missed pick-ups and other valid customer service complaints. Compliance with technical requirements concerning occupational safety, fleet maintenance, employment of the FleetMind system, and transportation of solid waste. Insurance Required.
