The Maryland Stadium Authority (“MSA”) is requesting proposals from prime contractors to provide the scope of services set forth in Attachment E, generally relating to abatement, and/or demolition for properties identified and selected under Project C.O.R.E. Specifically, MSA is seeking proposals for abatement and demolition services for the property located at 1401 E. Biddle St, Baltimore, MD 21213. Q&A due by 5pm, 8/19/21. MBE goal 33%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
