Construction Management Services, Holland Rd & I-25 Overpass Project, Menifee, CA

The City of Menifee solicits proposals from a highly qualified Professional Services Firm / Contractor / Consultant to provide construction management services for a project that proposes to construct a new four (4) lane bridge over the Interstate 215 at Holland Rd in the City of Menifee. Holland Rd is a major arterial road that runs in an east-west direction over the entire width of the City but ends at either side of the I-215. The I-215 generally runs in a north-south direction over the entire length of the City and separates the City of Menifee, on the east side of the interstate, from goods and services on the west side and vice-versa. Currently, Newport Rd and Scott Rd provide the east-west connectivity, but those roads are located one mile to the north and two miles to the south of Holland Rd, respectively. This project is in cooperation with Caltrans. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
