Description
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: Demolitions of existing building, coordination with utility companies and owner for the removal of all existing utilities, transportation of all building debris out of site and properly dispose of it, infill of work area with clean soil, seed and hay in order to restore demo area to match adjacent grass area, re-grading of site in order to continue existing drainage patters. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
