Deschutes Public Library District (District) is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors to perform CM/GC services related to design and construction of a new Library for the City of Redmond. The work will include design review and cost estimates for Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents;
coordination with District’s architect and engineers, providing a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for construction; and construction. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
