Description
Springfield School District is requesting sealed proposals for Design-Build Services for Mechanical and HVAC projects located at 18 schools in the district. This Request for Proposal will be used to evaluate and select qualified Design-Builder Firm for this Project. The intent of this project is to complete HVAC upgrades (including air conditioning), replace DDC, replace water heaters, and replace boilers, including resolving as many of the mechanical issues as possible within the budget. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
