Description

Replacement of office carpeting throughout the office building. Strip and finish VCT flooring throughout the facility. Reseal concrete floors in the warehouse building. Replace the guard-shack tiles. Clean and seal stone tiles in museum area and elevator. Clean and seal bathroom tiles in both buildings. Replace wall base moldings where required. The contractor will be responsible for moving all furniture including built in desks, which will be dismantled, moved and reassembled after carpet installation. NOAA is responsible for moving equipment and pallets in the warehouse. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
