Description
The project involves renovations involving the south facades of the building. Scope includes demolition of existing fire escapes at south side of the building, new fire egress stairs, ramps, and egress lighting, infill of existing masonry openings, new egress doors at the upper balcony and balcony, re-worked stage egress and drainage, and associated site work.
