Description
The project includes, but is not limited to: The Utility & Facility Repairs Project addresses repairs to the Bait Shop and Boathouse at the Point Defiance Marina. Repairs include select utility repairs, replacement of building siding and framing, replacement of doors, improvement/repairs to the second-floor balcony and at main level between Bait shop and Boat elevator. In addition, the Bait shop, Boathouse and boathouse elevator are scheduled to receive new paint. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
