Description
The Arlington County Department of Environmental Services, Facilities Design and Construction Bureau is planning the removal of the existing gravel parking lot located on 31st Street South (directly across the street from the County’s Wastewater Treatment Plant) between S. Fern and S. Eads Streets. The parking lot is currently used for employee parking and storage. The project includes the expansion and replacement of the gravel parking lot to provide a concrete block parking lot for employee vehicles and an asphalt layaway area Q&A due by 5pm, 8/26/21. Bonds required.
