Description
This work consists of the construction of a new Granite Rubble Seat Wall on South Clayton Street in
Lawrenceville, GA. The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited
to the following major items: Demolition, site clearing, light grading, and erosion control, the complete construction of ALLEY WAY as per the design drawings as a pedestrian control project, install complete new sidewalk with brick pavers, concrete foundations, lights and arches, electrical work, lights & transformer, etc. as per in the drawings. Questions regarding bids should be submitted to Steve Murray, Purchasing Director, via email at [email protected] no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, September 2, 2021. Bonds required.
