Description
The Work consists of construction of a new water play area on the site adjacent to the existing Dorey Park Recreate Center, parking lot, and farmer’s market. Work includes but is not limited to site work, utility & plumbing work of an owner provided spray area system, 334 square foot pump house building, specialty concrete work, landscaping, erosion and sediment control measures, and other associated construction work. The project is located at 29999 Darbytown Road, Henrico, VA 23231. Bonds required.
