Description
The City of Salem will receive bids for First Floor Public Toilet Project at the South Harbor Garage located at 245 Derby Street, Salem, MA. The project scope consists of interior renovations to a portion of a former restaurant space on the first floor of the South Harbor Garage, located at 245 Derby Street. The renovations will create 4 unisex public toilet rooms, 2 of which are handicap accessible, including a public waiting area and interior vestibule entrance. The work shall include all demolition, interior construction and finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work necessary to complete the work. Sealed Filed Sub-Bids (Metal Windows, Painting, Electrical & Plumbing) will be received until 11:00 AM on September 2, 2021. Bidders shall be DCAMM Certified in General Construction. Deadline for questions is August 27, 2021 by 5:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
