Description
The City of Salem will receive bids for Stair Replacement Project at the South Harbor Garage located at 245 Derby Street, Salem, MA. The project scope consists of stair replacement to the two stairwells of the South Harbor Garage, located at 245 Derby Street.
The renovations will include the demolishing and removal of the existing stairs, railings, landings, and other components in their entirety typical for (2) stairwells. Furnish and install all stairs, railings, landings, and other components typical for (2) stairwells. Bidders shall be DCAMM Certified in General Construction. Deadline for questions is August 20, 2021 by 5:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
