Description
Major items of work consist of the following: Upsize approximately 1,100 LF of existing 12” sanitary sewer main to 15” by trenching. Install approximately 200 LF of new 15” sanitary sewer main by trenching.
Install approximately 80 LF of new 8” sanitary sewer main by trenching. Sanitary sewer lateral reconnections. Install new sanitary sewer manholes. Relocate approximately 30 LF of 12” water main. Relocate approximately 50 LF of 6” water main. Water service reconnections. Other utility work and hardscape as required to complete sanitary sewer improvements. Restoration of private property impacted by construction (21398 and 21370 SW Makah Court). Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
