Description
E. 5th St parking lot: Construct new parking lot with approx. 2,880 SF of AP, markings & wheel stops. Admin Bldg park lot: resurface approx. 9,810 SF and construct 420 SF of additional pavement. Oregon Ave: storm sewer improvements & resurface approx. 3,500 SF of roadway, including curb removal and/or replacement. Alt 1: reconstruct water tower parking lot. Alt 2: install & connect gate opener at water tower parking lot. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply.
