Re-Bid On-Call Irrigation System Maintenance, Repair, and Installation Services, Andover, MA

The purpose of this procurement is for the Town of Andover to contract with qualified Irrigation Companies and their associated companies from which the Department of Public Works may select one or multiple Irrigation contractor(s) who is/are capable of performing various irrigation system installation, maintenance and repair services at any time when the department does not have the available resources to do so The types of services to be covered include, but are not limited to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required as specified herein. Work under this contract shall consist of irrigation system maintenance and repairs (routine and emergency) and planned new work as described in these specifications to be performed at the various locations around Town. The initial term of this contract will be for a period of one (1) year beginning on or around August 30, 2021 when the vendor is awarded a contract and ending on June 30, 2022. At the sole discretion of the Town of Andover, the contract may be renewed in one (1) year increments for an additional two (2) years. Bonds and prevailing wages
