Demo & New Construction: Proposal for Design Build Project Delivery Services for a new Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Facility (ARFF) and the demolition/removal/disposal of the existing ARFF at the Monterey Regional Airport (Project). The Airport seeks a team – the “Design-Build Team” – under a single, responsible lead contractor who will be responsible for the delivery of the Project. The Airport intends to issue one contract to the selected Offeror for the scope of work. DBE.DVBE participation. Bonds and Prevailing Wages.
