Indiana Department of Transportation invites bids for Bridge Deck Overlay and Replace Superstructure on SR 3 over Little Lick Creek, 0.67 mile south of SR 26 and on SR 5 over Black Creek, 3.21 miles north of SR 18in the Fort Wayne District, Blackford and Grant Counties. Completion date: 10/1/22. DBE goal 13%. Prevailing wages apply. Contractors shall submit contract specific questions by completing the Question Form accessed from http://entapps.indot.in.gov/cqa/
