The work under this Contract consists generally of renovation of retail space and construction of egress stair and corridor, including partial building removals, fire-rated wall assemblies, interior and exterior finishes, soffit and plenum construction, signage, structural work, lighting, fire alarm, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, CCTV, access control systems, incidental lead paint removal, maintenance of traffic and work area protection and related work at the George Washington Bridge Bus Station and vicinity thereof in New York, New York.
