Description
Project consists of the following major work items. Note that these quantities are an estimate for order of magnitude and general planning purposes only. Contractor is responsible for their own quantity take offs. (1) 3,630 SY Concrete Pedestrian Trail; (2)
15,000 CY Excavation & Off-site Disposal; (3) 627 SF Concrete Retaining Wall; (4) 145,120 SF Bermuda Sod. Construction in, on, or near existing roadways will require a Traffic Control Plan. Construction also requires the implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and features. Disposal of any excess material and debris is the responsibility of the contractor. All disturbed areas are to be sodded as indicated on plans. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. MWSBE Goal: 24%
