Description
The Project consists of: Interior build out of three new classrooms in existing space
including demolition, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, electrical, HVAC, storefront
modifications, and miscellaneous building / classroom improvements. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Sub bids will be received until September 3, 2021 at 1:00pm. Sub trades include Metal Windows, HVAC, and Electrical. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement.
