Description
The Project consists of: Installation of new addressable fire alarm system. The existing
fire alarm system is to be removed in its entirety after the new fire alarm system in
completed and tested. Limited abatement work. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Electrical, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
