Description
Widening of N. Harbin Drive from Washington Street to the Northeast Loop. Existing 2-lane undivided rural section will be improved to a 4-lane divided urban section with a 10’ shared use trail on the east side of Harbin. All paving and sidewalk improvements will be contained within existing right-of-way. Existing water and wastewater lines will be replaced. Storm drain improvements from Washington St. to Northwest Loop along Harbin and storm drain improvements along Tarleton St. and Saint Felix Ave. Contractors can also direct any project questions to City of Stephenville Public Works Office at 254-918-1223. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
