Description
Work consists of the following: (1) Selective demolition of existing portions of HVAC and plumbing work on the roof of the building, existing gutters and downspouts, and other items as indicated in the Construction Documents; (2) Installation of a new single ply roofing system (TPO membrane) over an existing metal roof retrofit. (3) System shall be complete from one source and will include the following: new insulation between existing metal roof flutes, cover board, mechanical attachment method to existing roof purlins, wood nailers at edges of existing roof and new TPO membrane roofing. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
