Description
The ZerNona Black Multi-Generational Community Center is construction of a new community center. Partnership with City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and ZBC, Inc. to construct a new multi-generational cultural community center. The Center will provide social services & resources to families which may include Pre/After School Programming, Adult Education, & Senior Day Care. Questions are due by 4:00 PM on Sept 9th. Work is to be substantially completed on or before 275 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. SBEDA goals / GFE required.
