Greatwood Village Drainage Improvements, Sugar Land, TX

The work in the Base Bid includes the following: (1) Remove and replace existing inlets throughout the Greatwood Village neighborhood as shown on the plans. Inlet replacement includes curb replacement on either side of each inlet and replacing reinforced concrete pipe as needed to tie into the existing storm sewer system. (2) Install storm sewer inlets, manholes, junction boxes, and reinforced concrete pipe starting downstream on Alderwood Drive. Continue along Millwood Drive, Honeysuckle Lane, Cypress Village Drive, Laurel Drive, Berrytree Lane, and Morningside Drive as shown on plans. Concrete pavement and curb shall be replaced in all areas shown on plans to match existing grades. Adjust or replace any sanitary sewer service lines, water service lines, meters, or cleanouts as needed to accommodate placement of proposed storm sewer. Abandon or remove existing pipe and manholes as shown on plans. Adhere to traffic control plan, including proper signage and barricade placement, as shown on plans. Contractor shall repair any damage to existing facilities and restore the natural grades along the construction limits where applicable. Clean up work area and properly dispose of all waste resulting from construction. Replace any items damaged as a result of construction. Questions due by 5:00 PM on Sept 6th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
