Driver Safety Office Monthly Pest Control Services, Stockton, CA

All labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide monthly pest control services at the Stockton Driver Safety Office. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Term is through 10/31/23 with one, 12 month, extension option. The bidder shall be a registered Branch 2 structural pest control company with the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB). All subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize to perform non-fumigation structural pest control of household pests under the contract shall be a registered Branch 2 structural pest control company with the DCA, SPCB. The bidder¿s DCA, SPCB company registration number shall be indicated on the Bid/Bidder Certification Sheet (Attachment 1). The names of all subcontractors that the bidder intends to utilize and their DCA, SPCB company registration number shall be indicated on the Bidder Declaration & Subcontractor/Supplier List (Attachment 4). All bidder and subcontractor DPR, SPCB company registrations shall be in good standing from the time of the bid opening through the term of the contract.
