Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Roof Replacement of 14 Buildings at the California National Guard Army Training Facility, Camp Roberts, California ¿ Buildings - 4322, 4323, 4325, 5144, 5123, 5126, 5221, 5223, 5225, 5226, 5321, 5322, 5325 and 5326 Work to include: replacement of 14 roofs that includes removal and replacement of existing with 24 gauge prefinished Standing Seam Metal Roofing System at the California Army National Guard Training Facility, Camp Roberts, California in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives.
