CMAR Services for Facilities Reno & Repair at Pahokee Middle & High School, Pahokee, FL

The Construction Manager shall provide all Preconstruction Phase Services necessary to establish a GMP, including all Construction Phase Services following Award of the GMP for each school identified in this Project Notification. The Construction Manager may be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the Owner. The Construction Manager shall provide deferred maintenance, renovations and repairs to school facilities which may include, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, renovation and repair to school facilities which may include, but not limited to, building envelope repairs and replacements, exterior doors and windows, roof replacements, electrical and lighting replacement, intercom/sound system, security system, fire alarm system, HVAC and Plumbing systems, paving and play court resurfacing, marquees and scoreboards and other Work as may be required by the owner.
