Description
The City is seeking general contractors to renovate the Training centers located at 2727 Municipal Way, Tallahassee Florida 32304 (Solid Waste Admin. Building). The City expects to make a single award to a responsible and responsive vendor. Vendor is responsible for roofing work at the facility which includes removal of the existing spray polyurethane foam roofing system, gravel surface built-up (bur) roofing and tapered insulation system, down to the existing structural deck. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
