LBCC Main Campus Takena Hall Remodel Project, Albany, OR

Renovations: Architectural design calls for a complete remodel of the interior space of the Student Success and First Resource Centers on the East side of the Takena Hall corridor. Numerous office spaces to be relocated and functional, open space to be established and updated with updated lighting, flooring, and paint. Electrical and other utilities to be moved as needed. Information Technology to be performed by College. Multiple working departments including, but not limited to, Financial Aid, Advising, and Registration will be impacted by changes to the work space. Contractor will need to coordinate with these departments during construction to minimize the time they are to be relocated and the impact on their departments. 2. Upgrade to Existing HVAC Systems Upgrade all existing HVAC system components and controls in accordance with mechanical drawings. Procure, install, and test all related and required equipment. Contractor to replace ceiling grid, ceiling tile, and light fixtures associated with the ceiling mechanical work.Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
