Description
The project is a one new five-story, wood framed (Type III-B) construction, R-2 Occupancy building. The building will contain a mix of studio & 1-bedroom units, totaling 31 apartments. (5) units will be designated as Type-A Accessible per ICC/ANSI 117.1-2009. All other units will be designated as Type-B Accessible. Building amenities include ground floor flex/common area, indoor bike storage room, and central laundry. The building will be sprinkled throughout per full NFPA 13 requirements, emergency responder radio coverage shall be provided in accordance with the OSSC. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
