Description
This project shall consist of: This scope of work requires the Contractor to remove and replace the exterior police gates at City Hall, 33325 8th Ave South, Federal Way, WA. Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of existing exterior gates. Contractor shall manufacture, deliver, and install ornamental picket style iron gate.
Contractor shall either reconnect or install all automation for gate depending on bid option the city selects.
Installation shall include all material, permitting, and installation necessary to properly remove and install gates. All work must be completed during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
