Description
The project's primary scope of work is the removal of the existing asphalt concrete pavement and subbase material, providing new subbase with fine grading and new asphalt concrete pavement. Also included in the scope of work is replacement of underground conduits and wiring to the existing site light poles, replacement of light fixtures, new oil water separator and connection to the existing storm water piping. Additional scope items are signage, parking striping, curb cuts, & turf restoration. The project is scheduled to be substantially complete on or before July 1st, 2022. MBE goal is 2%, WBE goal is 2%, SDVOB goal is 6%, and EEO goal is 10%. Bonds and prevailing wages
