Pavement Repairs, Bronx and Westchester Counties, NY

This project requires the Contractor to perform nighttime highway repair work for the preservation of Thruway pavement and public safety. The highway repair work will be ordered by the Division Director or designee and will generally consist of, but not be limited to: Full and partial-depth pavement repairs and pavement striping. The Contractor shall be available to perform the highway repair work from the award date to the completion date of this contract. The project limits for this contract are from Milepost NE 0.17 to Milepost NE 14.10 along the New England Thruway (I-95), including interchange ramps, in Bronx and Westchester counties. If work extends beyond these limits, as ordered by the Division Director or designee, the Contractor will also be required to perform highway repairs in those areas. Bonds and prevailing wages
