Description
The Town of Narrows requests sealed bids for the renovation of the former warehouse building into an Outfitters facility. The Base Bid generally consists of exterior repairs, removal of the front portion, new roof, build out at the interior of a retail and toilets and new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
