Description
The requested services to be performed herein shall consist of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, quality controls, insurance and overhead to provide snow plowing and/or snow hauling and/or chemical spreading operations for the City of Winchester during all winter weather events as directed by the Public Works Director or designee. Q&A due 5 days prior to bid.
